DigitalChalk Announces New LMS Features at ATD 2017

Asheville, NC – May 12, 2017:  As part of our continued response to the business needs of our customers, DigitalChalk has announced the following enhancements to our Learning Management System (LMS):

“We listened to our clients, and have delivered features that support their learning and development programs, which, in turn, propel their businesses forward,” says Russ Stinehour, President, and CEO of DigitalChalk.

DigitalChalk will use ATD 2017 as a venue to introduce current and future clients to the platform’s new functionality.  Bi-directional Salesforce Integration allows clients using both platforms to push contact, course registration, completion and performance data between both systems.  A multi-layered Gamification feature allows course developers and training administrators to build incentive and reward functionality into the framework of their courses and learning paths. DigitalChalk also now provides a Survey tool that can gather feedback from learners which can be aggregated through meaningful reports.  To better support learning analytics, DigitalChalk tracks every user action between login and logout.  This data can be pushed to a Learning Record Store through detailed xAPI statements.  The new Organization Dashboard provides administrators with a one-screen view into current system usage and trends while the DigitalChalk course library, purchased on-demand, provides access to hundreds of course titles that help businesses mitigate risk, increase productivity and grow and retain top talent.

In addition to sharing new system features at ATD 2017, DigitalChalk will also be sharing their expertise.  Free technology consulting is available at the show this year for learning and development professionals with an interest in better understanding the details of xAPI, Single Sign-On, or working with APIs to integrate your LMS with other business software platforms.  DigitalChalk engineers will be available for impromptu meetings or you can schedule a time to meet with CEO, Russ Stinehour, and co-founder, Troy Tolle.
