President and Chief Executive Officer
Russ Stinehour was the CEO of CrossLogic for ten years. He led CrossLogic from 2 employees to 45, and grew revenues of $43 million for the company's ten year history. He has over 30 years of software experience including 16 years of product management with IBM. Russ holds a BS in Systems Science from Michigan State University and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
Richard G. Rawson, B.B.A.

Richard G. Rawson is President of Administaff Corporation of Kingwood, Texas. He has been a director of the company since 1989 and has served on the administrative team for Administaff Corporation for the past 15 years, first as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the Company and later as Executive Vice President of Administration, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Mr. Rawson has also served as President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) as well as in other capacities with this prestigious organization. Mr. Rawson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Houston (Texas).
John D. Garr, Ph.D., Th.D.

Dr. John D. Garr has served as a Christian educator and theologian for more than 40 years, including the past 25 years as Founder and President of Hebraic Christian Global Community, an Atlanta-based international, multiethnic, transdenominational organization focused on education, publishing, and community building. Most recently, he has led the development of Hebraic Heritage Christian Center, a college that features a curriculum based in the historical and theological Hebraic foundations of the Christian faith and delivered to students around the world via the DigitalChalk system. Dr. Garr holds a Masters of Theology (summa cum laude), a Doctor of Philosophy in Church Administration, and a Doctor of Theology degree from Evangelical Theological Seminary.
