Is Support Available?
When a student enrolls in a course and begins taking it online - is there support available should they have technical or cutomer service related issues?

We do provide support for students who call or email us with questions related to system access for their account unless you specifically request that we do not. We ask our customers to be the first line of support for general questions. Many questions are related to course content which we can't provide any assistance with. DigitalChalk is happy to assist you or your students with support issues you are unable to correct on your own.
