On the user registration form - Is it possible to require that all fields be filled out? Such as phone number, address, street, city, State/Province, postal code, country - and if this information is required by the user would that information then be included in the student registration report.

Currently it is not possible to require all of the fields. You can ask them to update their accounts after they sign in using a bulletin or even an assignment in the course. You can also create a bulletin for the login screen that directs them to completely fill out the form.
