We make pricing simple and transparent.

LMS companies are notorious for hidden fees and upcharges. What they advertise on their websites is usually a fraction of what you will pay in the end. We don’t play that game. The prices below cover everything, including user licenses, hosting, implementation, content authoring tools, administrator and end-user support, and training. We are committed to helping you achieve the lowest total cost of ownership, and we won’t be undersold.

What’s an Active User?

An active user is any user that logs in during the billing month, whether or not they take a course. Once a user logs in during a billing month they count as one of your active users and can log in as many times as needed for the rest of that month.

Can I move to a different plan?

Yes. Keep in mind that available features vary from plan to plan, so make sure that the plan you move to has the features you need. If you move to a lower-priced plan, the plan change takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you move to a higher-priced plan, the plan change takes effect immediately, and you are billed the difference between the old and new plans for that billing cycle.

Can I move up to a solution with more users, or add or change course libraries, as my training needs change?

Yes! We are happy to help you with changes to your learning solution. We have training solutions for any number of users and a variety of course libraries to support changes in your training initiatives.

What if more users log in than my plan allows?

No problem! We get that you need to run your business and do so without worrying about your LMS provider’s nitpicky pricing policies. So, we made things simple. If you exceed your plan’s maximum number of users three or more months in a year, or if you have an upward usage trend in the last two months of your agreement term, we’ll simply move you to the next plan tier when you renew. If you lock in for multiple years then you’re locked in at that price and we’ll deal with upgrading you at the end of your agreement term. No penalties. No budget conundrums. Easy.

No problem. We don’t limit the number of users that log in. Each additional user that logs in above your plan limit is billed at £3.50 per user (or €4.75/$4.75). For example, if you subscribe to a 300 active user plan and 305 users log in during the billing month, you are billed £17.50 (5 x £3.50).

If I have an Active User Plan, can I use the DigitalChalk shopping cart to collect course fees?

Yes! You can use our shopping cart services at any time. Fees include a 3% of course price shopping cart fee and a pass-through merchant services fee paid directly to the credit card processor (currently 2.9% plus $.30 per transaction).

Can I change tier level when needed?

Yes. If you are using month-to-month pricing, then you can move up in tier at any time as needed. If the change happens during the middle of a monthly billing cycle, we will simply charge for the difference between tier levels. You can also move down in tier level at the start of any new monthly billing cycle. If you are using our annual pricing to receive a discount, then you can move up in tier at any time by paying the difference between tier levels for the number of months remaining on the annual plan.

Absolutely! DigitalChalk’s WooCommerce and Shopify integrations work with both eCommerce and Corporate Active User plans.
