Quick Tip: Filter Your Instructor Gradebook

Need to quickly find courses, users or offerings based on specific information and don’t want to scroll through pages of information to find it? We don’t blame you. Use our filter bar and cut down on the time spent scrolling through pages to find specific pieces of information. You can do this in different sections of your organization, but today we are going to focus specifically on the Instructor Gradebook.

Filtering in the Instructor Gradebook

To begin go to the Instructor Gradebook tab. Next you will see a search bar and a gear icon in the upper right-hand corner above the list of courses you have. If you know the title of the course you want to look at simply type it into the search bar and hit your Enter button.dc-quick-tip-filter-your-instructor-gradebook-1
If you have multiple courses that having matching titles or you want to see courses with a certain status you will want to click on the gear icon. Once you have filled out, or selected the options you want to use hit the ‘Save’ button. All courses associated with those filters will come up for you to look at.
