Yes … If the new name and URL are not being used by another DigitalChalk organization. Please keep in mind that the only part of the URL you can modify is the URL prefix, referred to as the virtual host. For example, you could change “demo.digitalchalk.com” to “demonstration.digitalchalk.com”.

To change your organization name or your virtual host simply email the changes to support@digitalchalk.com.

If you would like to replace digitalchalk.com in your URL we do offer this as an add-on custom domain service. Contact sales@digitalchalk.com and/or support@digitalchalk.com if you have questions.
