If you are an UPtick administrator or manager, the Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in. The Dashboard gives you quick, at-a-glance, information about how your team members are progressing through their UPtick training.
The Dashboard is divided into the following panels, each of which provides an overview of the following training topics:
Team members do not have access to the Dashboard, and instead are taken directly to the Role-plays page when they log in.
The Performance panel shows how your team members rank in selling competencies, selling judgement, and cognitive ability.
To focus your view, you can specify a range of sales behavior and selling judgement scores, as well as specific groups within your organization. The groups you choose are shown to the right of the graph. Each “bubble” on the graph is a team member color-coded by their group.

The size of the bubble indicates the cognitive score for that team member. Move your mouse over a bubble to see the team member’s name and their selling and cognitive scores.
Click on a circle to see a team member’s selling intelligence metrics.
The Status panel shows progress through the UPtick role-plays and assessments for each team member.
The Selling Judgement tab shows each team member’s current scores and progress through the role-plays.

The Selling Competencies tab shows assessment scores for each team member.
The Assessment Progress tab shows each team member’s current progress through the sales behaviors and cognitive abilities assessments.
From any tab on the Status Panel, you can click on a name to see a team member’s selling intelligence metrics.
See the selling intelligence score, derived from a team member’s selling judgement and selling competency scores, on this panel. The selling intelligence score provides insight into how effectively a team member can apply their selling skills in real-world situations. You can use this information to identify the UPtick training team members need to fill competency and judgement gaps.

The Leaderboard panel shows team members ranked by highest sales IQ score (cumulative score of all role-plays).
