What’s an Active User?
An active user is any user that logs in during the billing month. Once a user logs in for the month they count as one of your active users and they may login as many times as needed for the rest of the month.
What if I go over my tier plan?
Each additional user that logs in beyond the tier level subscribed to will be billed at $4.75€4.75 / £3.50 per additional trainee. For example, if the organization is paying for the 300 active user tier and 305 users login during the course of the month, an additional fee of $23.75 (5 x $4.75)€23.75 (5 x €4.75) will be added to the next invoice.
Can I change tier plan when needed?
Absolutely. If during the course of a billing month it is decided that your organization needs to go up in tier level you can do so and we will invoice for the difference between what was already paid for the current month and the new tier level. If it is decided that your organization needs to go down in tier level, then that can be done as well at the start of the next billing cycle. When moving up in tier level, there is a minimum two month requirement at that tier level before moving back down in tier level.
