Migration to Stripe for Improved Payment Processing

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to let you know about an exciting and important update regarding DigitalChalk’s credit card processing capability; the Rapid Revenue Program.

To improve the client experience around payment acceptance, we will be moving to Stripe as our payment processor in Q2 of this year. This decision is driven by our commitment to bring industry-leading tools to our clients, and ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements.

Stripe is an industry leader for e-commerce payments. At this time, there are nearly 50 DigitalChalk clients already using Stripe, and we have all been pleased with Stripe’s performance and service levels.

Benefits of Migrating to Stripe:

  • Faster receipt of funds: Stripe offers quicker processing times, ensuring that you can receive your funds within 48 hours should you so choose.

  • More functionality and no increase in cost:  Stripe’s pricing is the exact same as DC Payments, and there are no incremental fees for this integration. 

  • Multi-Currency support: With Stripe, you gain the ability to accept payments in multiple currencies, expanding your business reach. Sell courses in Pounds, Euros, Canadian dollars… simplifies the process for you. 

  • More transparency for your learners: Your company name will appear on student receipts (instead of “ONLINE TRAINING” which is how it currently appears), resulting in fewer chargebacks and less confusion for your customers.
