Brett Trainor

Chief Customer Officer

Brett is a thought leader in client management and product development strategies, bringing more than 20 years of experience in client management, communications, product management and training to Sciolytix. His intense focus on each step of the client journey and how clients interact with products, along with his understanding of the tech landscape has led to great success at world-class customer service organizations including AT&T, JP Morgan Chase, and American Express.
 
While at American Express, Brett received multiple awards for the development and launch of a transformative digital acquisition and hybrid online-offline servicing capability for the FX International Payments Business. Brett holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in French Literature from Brown University, and is a member of the National Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma.  He is the son (and grandson) of teachers, has been a youth football coach and football safety advocate for over 15 years, and continues to hold his substitute teaching certificate so that he can stand in front of a classroom a few days every year.  Passionate about new and innovative approaches to learning, he makes a point of not taking himself too seriously.

Troy Tolle

Chief Technology Officer

Troy brings more than 20 years of software development experience to Sciolytix, and is a master at improving processes and functionality without compromising usability. Passionate about user experience and software design, Troy enjoys shaping the future of the Learning Technology industry by exploring the possibilities of how it can better suit people’s needs.

Troy is responsible for Sciolytix’s technology strategy and implementation. He was a co-founder and CTO of Infinity Learning Systems, the parent company of DigitalChalk. Career highlights include his chairmanship of the Strategic Advisory Board for Computer Science at NC State, Advisory Cabinet member for Congressman Heath Shuler, and partnering with Google to provide scholarships in computer science. Troy is a recognized thought leader in cloud technology and travels extensively speaking about education, leadership, and cloud computing. A sought-after industry pioneer, Tolle collaborates with the largest cloud providers shaping their offerings and actively pursues the creation and adoption of new technologies helping deliver better learning experiences. Troy has a Masters of Computer Science from NC State University where he is a member of the Hall of Fame.

Dario Priolo

Chief Marketing Officer

Dario brings over 20 years of experience in the sales enablement and talent development industry. He has led marketing and strategy as CMO for leading companies like the Hay Group, Miller Heiman, and Profiles International and has been part of 4 successful exits, including his own start-up.

Dario has been a trusted advisor to over 60 CEOs and founders in the space. In addition to his expertise in sales and marketing, Dario is an avid researcher and thought leader in the areas of talent assessment, hiring, onboarding, training and development, engagement and retention, and change management. Dario graduated at the top of his civil engineering class at McGill University in Montreal and earned his MBA in finance from Wharton.

Aaron Olney

Vice President of Workforce Analytics

Aaron brings over 25 years of experience in technology, software sales, and marketing. He has designed and executed sales strategies for several Human Capital Management companies. As an individual contributor and leader for these companies, Aaron has helped hundreds of companies hire better people faster, develop and grow their employees, improve overall organizational performance, and drive real business results.

Aaron graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sociology, Psychology, and Marketing. He currently resides with his family in a suburb of Tampa, Florida. In his free time, Aaron coaches high school soccer and runs a developmental soccer program for more than 500 kids in the Wesley Chapel area.
